PixAlert critical data auditor will report:

  • Full path – to the file including any email message, zip file etc.
  • File owner – full domain credentials of the user who was logged in when the file containing suspect data was created;
  • Creation Date – for the file containing suspect data;
  • MD5 Hash – of the file containing suspect data to assist easy location of replicated files;
  • Location path – of the PC or server on which suspect data is found;
  • Distribution list – for files found in email containing suspect data.

Once identified, documents containing unsecured sensitive data can be encrypted by the application to reduce the likelihood of misuse
